3. Placing an Order

Please review your order carefully before checking out, especially personalized items. Make sure to double check spelling!!! We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product availability, pricing errors, or other valid reasons. If payment has already been made, you will receive a refund for a canceled order.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown at checkout. Payment must be completed before your order is processed.

If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you to resolve the issue before completing your order.

5. Handmade Products

Each item is handmade with care. Small differences in color, placement, design, or finish may occur. Colors may also appear differently depending on your screen.

These minor differences are part of the handmade process and do not necessarily mean an item is defective.

6. Shipping

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us through our website.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our posted return policy and applicable law. Personalized or custom-made items may have different return requirements. Nothing in this policy removes any rights you may have under applicable law.
