Shipping and Delivery

At Ctrl + Alt + Craft Studio, every order is prepared with care and attention to detail. Since our products are handmade, please allow time for us to create and package your goodies before they ship.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time includes making, preparing, and packaging your order and does not include shipping time. Custom and personalized orders may require additional time depending on the design and order details. During holidays, sales, or busy periods, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Times

Standard shipping typically takes an estimated 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. Expedited shipping may be available at checkout, but faster shipping does not necessarily shorten the time needed to create your order. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other unexpected circumstances may affect delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Available shipping options and prices may vary depending on your order and delivery address. Any applicable shipping promotions or free-shipping offers will be displayed when available.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped because of an incorrect address, where permitted by law.

Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, check your tracking information and contact us if you need assistance. If your package arrives damaged, your order is missing, or tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us so we can review the situation and help determine the next steps.

Although we cannot control carrier delays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will do our best to assist you.

Thank You for Your Patience!

Every item is handmade to order, and we appreciate your patience while we create something special for you. Thank you for supporting Ctrl + Alt + Craft Studio and our little corner of handmade creativity!
